Admissions

Independent schools run their own admissions. You register directly with the school, usually for a fee, and the school sets its own deadlines, assessments and offer dates, which are separate from the borough process.

Entry points, as published by the school

  • Year 7 (11+)

Register via the Admissions Portal by Friday 6 November 2026 (UK or Overseas form). Every applicant is interviewed (Monday 4 January 2027) and a reference is requested from the current school; offers follow on 12 February 2027. Source

  • Year 9 (13+)

The usual entry points are 11+ and 16+, but occasional places arise during the year at 12+, 13+ and 14+; families should contact the Head of Admissions about likely availability. All applicants take an assessment appropriate to their year group and are invited for interview. The school does not accept pupils into Year 11 or Year 13. External 13+ candidates may also apply for Sport and Organ scholarships. Source

  • Sixth form (16+)
