Terms of use
Last updated 10 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-10.3
In short. Deep Teaching gives you information to help you choose a school. It is
free to use. A written Family Report and a Season Pass can be bought, each with a single payment:
nothing renews. You always see the price before you buy, and you have the cancellation rights the law
gives consumers. We provide information, not professional advice, and
we can never guarantee a school place.
1. Who we are and how to contact us
These terms are an agreement between you and Deep Teaching Ltd ("we", "us"). Our company details are on the
company information page. Contact: hello@deepteaching.ai.
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please
do not use the service. You must be 18 or over and a parent, guardian or other adult acting for a child.
2. What the service is
Deep Teaching provides information about schools, tools to compare them, a calendar of admissions dates
and research articles. Suggestions are based on what you tell us and on published information about
schools.
- Information, not advice. The service is not professional educational, psychological, legal
or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for visiting a school or speaking to it directly.
- No guarantee of admission or outcome. We never guarantee that a child will be offered a place
at any school, or any academic or other result.
- Check with the school. We take care to keep information accurate and show our sources, but
schools change fees, dates and policies. Always confirm important details, especially deadlines and
fees, with the school before you act on them.
- Independence. Schools cannot pay to influence what we show you.
3. Your account
Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. Give
accurate information and only information you are entitled to give. You can download your data or
delete your account at any time in account settings.
4. The free service
Creating an account and seeing your first list of schools is free. We may change or withdraw free
features; if we remove something significant we will give reasonable notice where we can.
5. Paid products
Two things can be bought, and each is paid for once. Nothing we sell renews, and there is no
recurring charge to cancel. What each product contains and its price are on the
pricing page, and are shown again before you pay.
- Family Report. A written report for one child, supplied as a private page in your account
that you can print or save as a PDF. It is digital content.
- Season Pass. Access to the paid features listed on the pricing page from the moment payment
is confirmed until 30 April 2027. It ends on that date and does not renew; we take no further payment.
- Price. The total price in pounds sterling is shown before you pay, and the order page says
whether VAT is included. There are no other charges. You place your order by confirming payment, and
the contract is formed when we confirm it by email.
- Payment is taken by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Your 14-day right to cancel. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and
Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel a purchase within 14 days of the day after the
contract is made, without giving a reason, by emailing hello@deepteaching.ai or using the
form on the billing page of your account. We refund you within 14 days of your telling us, to the
payment method you used. You may use the model cancellation form below, but
you do not have to.
- Family Report: digital content supplied straight away. A report is made available as soon
as payment is confirmed. For that reason we ask you at checkout to tick a box giving your express
consent to immediate supply and acknowledging that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once the
report has been made available to you. We confirm that consent in the email that confirms your
order. Without that consent we do not supply the report during the 14 days.
- Season Pass: cancelling within 14 days. If you cancel a Season Pass within the 14 days we
refund the full price, whatever you have used. After the 14 days the pass runs to 30 April 2027 and is
not refundable, except where something is wrong as described below.
- If something is wrong. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 digital content must be as
described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, and services must be carried out with
reasonable care and skill. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or, if that
is not possible or does not fix it, a price reduction up to a full refund. If content we supply
damages your device or other digital content because we did not use reasonable care and skill, we
will repair the damage or pay compensation. These rights are in addition to the right to cancel.
- Price changes. A change of price applies only to later orders. It never changes what you
have already paid.
Complete and send this only if you wish to cancel. An email saying the same thing in your own words
is just as good.

of the pass you have not received.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or the law. The date and version at the
top show the current text. For significant changes we tell account holders by email at least 14 days
beforehand; if you do not accept a change you may close your account, with a refund of the unused
part of any Season Pass.

If you have a complaint, please email hello@deepteaching.ai and we will try to resolve it.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of
England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring them in your home
courts.
