| What you get, and when | Family Report: A personalised written report for one child, as a private web page you can print or save as a PDF. It is available in your account as soon as payment is confirmed. Season Pass: Access from the moment payment is confirmed until 30 April 2027: Family Reports for up to three children, re-run as often as your shortlist changes; an email when our record of a date changes for a school on your shortlist; a weekly email digest that lists what changed on your shortlist (dates, fees, inspection records, applications and offers); and export of your comparison as a CSV file and as a page to print or save as a PDF. The emails are sent once you switch on deadline reminders for your saved schools. It ends on that date and does not renew. |

| Your right to cancel | You have 14 days from the day after your order to cancel, without giving a reason, by emailing us or using the form in your account. Our terms include a model cancellation form, which you may use but do not have to. We refund you within 14 days by the same payment method. Family Report: because the report is digital content supplied straight away, we ask you at checkout to tick a box asking for immediate supply and acknowledging that you lose the right to cancel once the report has been made available to you. Season Pass: if you ask within the 14 days we refund the full £49, whatever you have used. |

Questions
What stays free?
Searching schools, the sourced school pages, where leavers went, your first shortlist, the admissions calendar, deadline reminders and reporting a correction. These are free and will stay free. You do not need to pay to use Deep Teaching.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each product is a single payment. The Season Pass ends on 30 April 2027 and does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You have 14 days to cancel. For the Season Pass we refund in full within those 14 days, whatever you have used. For the Family Report, you ask us at checkout to supply it straight away, and the right to cancel ends once the report has been made available to you; if anything in it is wrong, we correct it or refund you.
Do the prices include VAT?
No VAT is charged. The price shown is the total you pay.
Does paying change which schools I see?
No. No school pays to appear in, or to influence, any result or report. A paid report is built from the same data as the free pages.
Can a report tell me whether my child will get a place?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. A report sets out published facts, dates, costs and what we could not verify. The decision about a place is each school's or council's.
What if my shortlist changes?
A Family Report is a snapshot for one child. With a Season Pass you can re-run reports as often as you like until 30 April 2027.
How do the Season Pass emails work?
Switch on deadline reminders for your saved schools on the reminders page, using the email address of your account. When we update our data we compare the old and new records for the schools on your shortlist. If our record of a date changes we email you, and a weekly digest lists everything that changed: dates, fees, inspection records, and applications and offers. A change can be the school publishing something new or us correcting our record, so each line says what it was and what it is now. You can unsubscribe from any of these emails in one click.
